Quality & Compliance

Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance

Every device we supply meets Australian medical device regulatory requirements and international safety standards.

TGA ARTG Listed

All supplied medical devices are listed on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), administered by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989.

IEC 60601 Safety Standards

Equipment complies with IEC 60601-1 general safety requirements for medical electrical equipment, plus modality-specific standards including IEC 60601-2-5 (ultrasound) and IEC 60601-2-10 (nerve stimulators).

Imported devices carry CE marking in accordance with the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR), demonstrating conformity with European health, safety and environmental protection standards.

Scheduled Safety Testing

Our biomedical engineers perform periodic electrical safety testing and performance verification in line with AS/NZS 3551 and manufacturer service intervals, documented for each device.
